Options for Children
Do you have children between the ages of 0 – 11? Wondering what to do for them?
Of course, there is always the Grandma plan – leave them with Grandma.
If that isn’t an option for you, we want to remind you that children of all ages are welcome to attend the Convention with their parents. We have several sessions with Science Girl Labs and Alpha Omega Institute that will be appealing to all ages. To register your children to attend the Convention with you, go here.
Another option is the Children’s Program put on by Legacy Children’s Department. They are planning some games, activities, arts & crafts, movies, and playtime in the classrooms. They will also, weather permitting, be able to have some activities outdoors on the playground. Legacy will provide some light snacks and water for the children. Parents will drop off their kids in the morning just before the sessions begin and pick them up to spend lunch with them. Then the parents can drop the kids back off for the afternoon sessions.
The cost for the program is $35 per child if you sign up before May 29, 2021. If you sign up between May 30 and June 5, the cost is $40 per child. Sign-ups after that will be $50 per child. If you have questions, would like to pay by cash, or if you have a child with special needs, contact Jennie Mendonca at (505) 831-0961 for more information or to coordinate.
To sign up for the Legacy Program, go here. You will be asked to create an account. Then just follow the prompts.
